1. Agreement to Terms<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access and use of yourfinology\u2019s websites, applications, and services (the \u201cServices\u201d). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who May Use the Services<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and not be barred from using the Services under applicable law. If you use Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts & Registration<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

To access certain features you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.

4. Free Services and Paid Services<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
  1. Free Educational Content: <\/b><\/strong>We provide free educational content like articles and videos (“Free Services”). Access may require an account.<\/li>
  2. Paid Services:<\/b><\/strong>We may offer paid subscriptions or certifications (“Paid Services”). The specific features, fees, and terms will be detailed separately. If there’s a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed agreement for Paid Services, the separate agreement will control.<\/li><\/ol>

    5. Fees & Payment<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

    Fees for paid services are set out in your order. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of service.

    6. Use Restrictions & Acceptable Use<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

    You must not:<\/p>

    • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities;<\/li>
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers;<\/li>
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts;<\/li>
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;<\/li>
    • Upload or transmit content that infringes others\u2019 rights or violates these Terms.<\/li><\/ul>

      We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

      <\/p>

      7. User-Generated Content<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      You can post content like comments or questions (“User Content”). You keep ownership, but you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Services. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You promise it’s yours and don’t violate our (“Use Restrictions\u201d). We can remove any user content at any time. To report copyright infringement, send a valid notice that includes the details required.

      8<\/b><\/strong>. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      All intellectual property rights in the Services, technology, trademarks, and content are owned by yourfinology or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant yourfinology a license to use, host, reproduce, and perform that content as needed to provide the Services.

      9. Confidentiality<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      Both parties will protect confidential information received from the other. Confidential information does not include information already public or independently developed. Specific confidentiality obligations may be set out in a separate NDA.

      10. Warranty Disclaimer<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED \u201cAS IS\u201d AND \u201cAS AVAILABLE\u201d WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, yourfinology DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

      <\/p>

      11. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, yourfinology WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST YEAR, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). FOR FREE SERVICES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

      <\/b><\/strong><\/p>

      12. Indemnification<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      You agree to indemnify yourfinology from third-party claims arising from (a) your User Content or (b) your violation of these Terms or the law.

      <\/p>

      13. Termination & Suspension<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. You may terminate your account as described in your agreement. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination (e.g., payment of fees).

      <\/p>

      14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      These Terms are governed by the laws . Any disputes will be resolved, unless the parties agree to arbitration in a separate agreement.

      <\/p>

      15. Modifications to These Terms<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

      We may revise these Terms; changes will be effective as of the posted date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will attempt to notify you by email or prominent notice.

      <\/p>

      16. Miscellaneous<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
      • <\/b>Entire Agreement:<\/b><\/strong>These Terms and any applicable order forms constitute the entire agreement between you and yourfinology.<\/li>
      • <\/b>Severability:<\/b><\/strong>If any provision is invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.<\/li>
      • <\/b>Assignment:<\/b><\/strong>You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.<\/li><\/ul>
